What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and (optionally) your firm or company name. When you upload documents or analyze contracts, we process the document text and store your analyses, findings, matters and playbooks in your workspace.
How your data is scoped
Your matters, documents, analyses, playbooks and reports are owner-scoped: they are visible only to your account. Database access is enforced with row-level security so one account cannot read another account’s data.
AI processing
Document text is processed by third-party AI model providers to produce findings, answers and summaries. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Our architecture is model-independent: providers can change without changing what your data means.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with other users. We do not send marketing email without your consent. We do not retain anonymous free-analyses beyond what is needed to operate the free-usage limit.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled by our authentication provider; passwords are never stored in our application database. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to hello@seodigitalsolutionz.com. We will confirm and complete the deletion.
